      Great benefits, positive work environment, good management

      Cons

      Soul sucking verbal abuse from customers if their claims are rejected, policies aren't always in the customer's best interest and you take the heat for it, don't allow you to study policy unless you're on the clock

      The work itself isn't difficult.

      Cons

      During catastrophic events, it can feel like the team is understaffed. They may offer overtime, and even though it might not be required, you'll likely feel it's necessary to keep up with your regular workload.
