      Great benefits and wonderful vacation package.

      Cons

      Company is downsizing and is not replacing employees, creating a large burden for those who remain. HR department is inaccessible to employees unless you make an appointment. Uncaring about retaining great performers.

      Great coworkers! Nice break room. That's about it!

      Cons

      30 minute lunches, being paid on the 15th and last day of the month, no advancement opportunities, no cafeteria or food trucks to accommodate those who may have forgotten to bring lunch.

      Great Company/Horrible Managemet Staff

      Pros

      I worked here for seven years, it was a great experience. I learned a lot, received several awards, two high pay increases, and yearly bonuses. My first six years were great, my last year was HELL.

      Cons

      Poor management staff, high turn over rate, minimal growth opportunities, corporate bullying, lots of jealousy, and retaliation from different levels of management. HR condones managers poor behavior. Totally new management staff, from VP to Directors to half Ops Mgrs and Unit Mgrs ALL new. Change should be great but they hired the TOP losers in the market. **Duluth office** is horrible, half the employees go on FMLA because of constant abuse. It's so sad bc there are a lot of people who really need this job support theie familes and can't afford to leave. So they deal with the abuse and low pay. This office needs restructuring quickly. It's, -Ghetto -Classless -Unprofessional -Dishonest staff -Corporate Bullying -High Stress -Very low pay (26k-32k w/a degree) -Minimal growth opportunities -Extremely Poor Management
