Poor management staff, high turn over rate, minimal growth opportunities, corporate bullying, lots of jealousy, and retaliation from different levels of management. HR condones managers poor behavior. Totally new management staff, from VP to Directors to half Ops Mgrs and Unit Mgrs ALL new. Change should be great but they hired the TOP losers in the market. **Duluth office** is horrible, half the employees go on FMLA because of constant abuse. It's so sad bc there are a lot of people who really need this job support theie familes and can't afford to leave. So they deal with the abuse and low pay. This office needs restructuring quickly.
