      Great climate control (HVAC), clean, and over time

      Cons

      To become a full-time employee takes a year, Assurant will direct hire for the same position as a contract employee has done for 3-6 months then keep them both, one with no benefits, lower pay, and no opportunities the other with a full package, but the contract employee will train the new direct hire.

      The pay is low. Mangement lack communication. They promote their friends not people who actually have the qualifications and deserve the position.
