Pros

Good income potential during open enrollment but then everybody quits. No calls no $

Cons

Most confusing compensation plan possible. Sell a policy and you wont be paid on it for at least 60days. You are monitored on everything you do. Go to the bathroom it counts against you, take to many calls it counts against you. There is a reason they hire 22yr olds right out of college.

Pros

Gym, big company, cafeteria, lots of vacation time. Boss is really nice, most employees are very friendly.

Cons

Horrible training, my team gave me an instruction book for my position and told me to memorize it. It's been 3 months and I'm still shadowing my co workers.

Pros

nothing to like about this place. Who would want to work for an outfit like this? Overworked and underpaid

Cons

You name it. They have a neat little pass the buck cover their rear system that rips off unsuspecting consumers. Complaints roll in all the time. Litigation will probably shut the place down Everyone is underpaid and has no benefits All the while the CEO is getting rich off the backs of all this . Don't tell anyone you work here or you might get mugged. I wouldn't recommend this to my worst enemy.
