      As typical with any large company, the office politics are extremely high. People will throw others under the bus to look good and get that next promotion.

      Pros

      Income was great until they changed the comp plan and bought leads that were worse than usual.

      Cons

      They are no where as good as they used to be towards customers needs and employees pay/benefits/training. Layoffs coming soon.
