Business Outlook
Pros
- constant growth and lots of jobs open to apply. - every manager I've interacted with has been nice and willing to assist, answer questions, etc. - company is trying to adapt to a changing landscape around lender-placed insurance.
Cons
- job postings are non-specific and don't give enough information to know what you'll be doing. - sometimes feel a little lost in the larger company. In 7 months, approx. 500 people have been hired - though I am not on mandatory overtime, have heard that many others are and have been for quite awhile. -high deductible plan. premium is okay but mid-level plan is multiple thousands out of pocket before the plan pays for much at all.
