      Pros

      Great organization with a great culture. I am extremely satisfied working for the organization and enthusiasticly recommend them to potential employees. Leadership s very interested in developing talent and driving growth within the organization. Very aggressive organization with regards to signing new clientel.

      Cons

      The organization is growing so rapidly that employees are often asked to perform work outside scope of job description. The advantage of course is that you get exposed to doing types of work and gain experience in areas that you may not usually be exposed to.

      Good people Good organization Great benefits Smaller company, so lower stress than your big dogs

      Cons

      Low pay....your initial salary the you come in at pretty much decides how much you will get in future. If you start low, it will take forever to get where you are supposed to be when you move into higher positions. Difficult to "move" or advance, supervisors like to hold people down and now let them grow.

      Very high turnover in management Quiet, non-confrontational employees are ignored Atmosphere is similar to a high school: everybody is worried about what the other person is doing Management often lacks experience and skill since they were promoted because they "knew" someone Long term employess are not valued for their knowledge, but seen as dangerous know it alls Human Resources does not adequately monitor the relationships between personnel and their supervisors
