      Has potential to be a really great company but too much cronyism

      Pros

      pay is good and the benefits are good good people overall culture is pretty good really hard working people domestic and international offices

      Cons

      Internal cronyism to friends, especially by appointing them to positions of authority and giving promotions regardless of their qualifications. Lack of clear strategic leadership from Sr Management Management squeezing people to work more Lack of prioritization

      Pros

      Good people to work with, physical work conditions, great learning opportunities based on the enormous challenges always in the picture

      Cons

      always in crisis mode. not a good place to work if you are competent manager or leader. frustrating culture to navigate throgh as most leaders are consistently passed around from area to area despite the fact they have little success to substantiate the move. Human Resources has very few individuals who are capable of helping employees when it comes to combatting poor leadership - most of them have all worked with the leaders for years and are part of the same problem. No one does anything about incompetent management and leadership ... hopeless.
