      Pros

      If you are a rising star in favor with the boys' club, you will go up the ranks very quickly.

      Cons

      Poor HR practice all around, particularly around staff performance reviews. Very top-heavy decision making processes.

      A place to work if you just need enough money for your living

      Pros

      Nice and helpful colleagues. Flexiable working hours. Good social environment and modern office (at least the one I am working in)

      Cons

      Low pay compared to other companies. Work is not really diversified. Not much career advancement if you are not a shareholder.

      Great Workplace, But....

      Pros

      Great company social culture and flexible working. Very good efforts towards diversity and inclusion. I gained great experience on projects in real time.

      Cons

      Frequent difficulties in finding work, higher-than-average turnover, difficult to move upwards from a graduate role. Also, some issues with leaders using the power structure to excuse abuse.
