      Pros

      Great culture across the board at every level. Everyone is super friendly and approachable and will take the time to help you learn and develop.

      Cons

      Grad program is not structured, however this is the same at most engineering consultancies. This can also be seen as a pro because you can make what you want of it. Just voice your interests and put your hand up and they will try to incorporate that kind of work for you.
