Yes Flex, Alot of training, Support on career development, Ongoing Learning on the spot, Great work environment and team. Exposure to various projects, every project is different hence every solution is different. No copy and paste. If it is the same, you look at how it can be improved and be better than the previous.
Cons
Depends on what projects you are involved in, skills are limited to what project demand.
