Pros
Aurecon embrace the flexible working conditions and have some really progressive, exciting culture change going on. Most of the people employed by Aurecon are top notch - professional, friendly, supportive and intelligent.
Cons
There is perhaps a bit too much stress put on lower ranks while the top echelons of the company focus on how shiny and modern the company is. There are a lot of people down on the ground doing some very long hours and working under enormous pressure which seems to be overlooked sometimes.
