      Got picked up after being unemployed for several months by Aurecon when others wouldn't give me a chance.

      The only con is the bonuses.

      Pros

      External market branding is good. Some very clever people.

      Cons

      Business has lost its way. Top management (C suite) have a clear vision, but the next level of management are unable to implement it. Too many long term staff whose best work is in the past. The South African business operate unto themselves. Has been described as a franchise - looks the same on the outside, but the regions do things their own way.
