- Priority(hikes) to non IT employees, managers and security related position ONLY. - They don't know what are they doing - Lots of projects getting scrapped after paying for it to be implemented by a third-party company(which they can do internally). - Promotion is for managers only - The nature of their business is not IT so you can expect that the first department to get a budget cut(redundancy, low hikes, no promotion, switching to cheaper IT tools) is IT. - After the budget cut, they got a total office renovation..
