      Pros

      Great people. Used to be a really good place to work.

      Cons

      It seems that there are a lot of issues between different parts of the company. A lot of people seem to be really frustrated and don't feel their effort is noticed or appreciated.

      Lack of communication lends itself to a largely negative work environment.

      Pros

      They offer a reasonably good benefit package, 401K, free financial consultant and onsite workshops with guest speakers from various organizations such as the American Red Cross, Race for the Cure, and United Way.

      Cons

      There are no sick days, no comp time -one must use personal or vacation days to make up for any lost time. Management does not lend itself well to assisting their employees with problems or issues. Personality is rewarded more often than performance.
