Tuition reimbursement, works with schooling shedules, decent health benefits, non-rotating shifts, opportunities for advancement, team environment, almost always opportunities for overtime work

Cons

As with anywhere, Autoliv plays the political game. Pay is at or below averages in my area for Industrial Automation Maintenence Technicians. Different shifts are treated very differently, the bias between management and the different shifts causes tensions.
