      The Autoliv experience is eye opening on how many issues this safety giant struggles with.

      Pros

      Decent benefits, friendly co-workers, OK pay

      Cons

      Internal red tape often gets in the way of getting things done. Management is rarely helpful until the issue is red-hot. There is a system for everything but nobody knows where, what, why or how to use it properly. Consequently, systems are often times skirted in order to get things done. Raises are rare and barely keep up with inflation.

      Pros

      Benifits are great and it is a well kept company. It is a very clean enviroment. People are great to work with.

      Cons

      Can be sore in your hands from working there but you do get use to it. They took away the five eight shift which would work out better for me and there is no longer a graveyards which was the best shift for some people.

      Pros

      the medical insurence is good. the dental is good. that is prity much all i can think of to tell you the truth.

      Cons

      the people in charge dont care about you. All they want is as much material they can push out the door. If for some reason you are incharge they want you to dedicate youre whole life to them. like meeting once a week schooling that wont matter any where but there. home work FROM YOUR JOB! really fpr production workers.
