      Company values accountability, making products that save lives is gratifying, overall upward mobility is decent, engineers have a lot of responsibility and gain a variety of skills

      Individual management can severely impact your experience at the company, regional management have focused on cost-saving measures at detriment to employees and customer relationships, annual raises fail to match inflation

      The pay is good. Definitely something we need more of in today's economy. Most employees are really great to

      Used to have flex days and get to go home when end of weeks build is complete. Not any more. Now us operators are sent to other areas (with or without training for Saud areas) all because those areas "need" the help. I was told that is was solely happening because they didn't want to pay those areas overtime. Thwy only give you 3 shifts worth of personal time that needs to last an entire year before it resets. But you can purchase more personal time at the beginning of each year.
