-You work literally every day unless you say no and if you do say no you're treated differently -They aren't super great about emergencies, went to insta care and got written up for it -The hard labor is fine but they're short staffed so they'll work you until it's done

The company values bodies over experience, entry level wages have increased and overtaken annual raises. A second year team lead now makes as much or more as a five year team lead. The company cares about bringing people in but fails to retain employees beyond five years due to it’s faulty pay increase structure. The local management has no control or influence over pay incentives. Current management will listen to concerns but often neglects taking action until situations have intensified to serious problems.
