Great people and work environment, not very competitive.

Cons

Lots of travel depending on position. Due to Takata's mistakes company growing faster than it can handle. Current positions overwhelmed playing catch up.

Good oppurtunities. Safety domain knowledge. Moderate compatible salaries.

Cons

It was good. But after new line management hierarchy in 2015, lots of politics introduced. Leadership is not developed to matured state.Managers are not aware of even work product. Work pressure. Less onsites in many projects.they are not capable in handling contractorder.
