Pay is good. Benefits are great. Standard production job.

Cons

Leadership is based off of friendship/family relations outside of work. Constant sexual harassment cases kept hushed. Mandatory OT all the time (6-day work week).

Job security, cleaninness of the shop, equipment

Cons

Too many politics, i was hired by a third company, reviews (90 days) where done by someone who wasn't even in the shop. I could never discuse a salary adjustment with my supervisor or even a manager.

The pay wasnt too bad. I made alot of friends.

Cons

Overworked their employees like no other. They treated alot of them like dirt. the breaks were short and so was lunch. everything was all messed up.
