This company provide a lot of good chance and growth in career. Also the company give and invest the knowledge to the employee.

Cons

the communication inside of company need to be improved and some management are not skillful enough. So they can't be the mentor for their employees.

Pros

Very efficient manufacturing system, mimics toyota's system. Management rarely interferes with your day to day activities. Continually improving products for customers and improved manufacturability.

Cons

The plant I work at has not hired an engineer in 10 years, so it is not likely to get a job offer out of school.

When you have no where else to work and are ineed of cash flow, they will give you cash flow if you are willing to put in the hours.

Cons

Most of the work at Autoliv was shift work, and repetive manual labor, you have to go to your nothing zone in your brain to survive.
