great place to start .

dead end place if you you are enthusiastic about career advancement , the company is "run" by a circle of family and friends , with zero ability to manage production or people, they have absolutely no vision or direction , they are just happy to sit back and enjoy their titles , no decisions of value are made in house and when directions come from else where they just implement them with no voice of their own, it is truly pathetic, and if it wasn't for various wacky events that most participate in they would be virtually non existent.
