- Bench System - Regular interviews for new projects - I got let go with not much of an explanation, I was told it was due to changes in the market not due to my performance. Not sure was that means.

- breadth of work and variety of clients - great offers of training, mentorship, and clear paths for advancement - flexibile and accomodates work-life balance - bonuses based on performance at EOY - good benefits package, matched 401k, affordable health insurance, okay PTO - supportive and helpful colleagues -

- layoffs tend to be random and not a lot of transparency but it has gotten better. a lot of uncertainty among employees. - constant pressure to find a project to be staffed on if you're on the bench.
