      Pros

      Interesting work (at least at the beginning), especially if you come from small/medium company. Much efforts are done to formalize job/work procedures. Good compensation and salary for Baku.

      Cons

      Limited opportunities for career building. Sometimes it looks like nobody cares about what are doing (but it can be the same case in any relatively "big" company)
