However, company has some internal politics problems, there is no very good spirit of cooperation between departments and this hinders the company's performance. Coming to the prospects of company's successes, I think they are behind already, and the company has actually passed the growth stage and is somewhere in the middle of maturity. However, if you want to see yourself grow in the company, it is important for the company to tap into the growth opportunities present in the industry. The company has exhausted the potential for the mobile communication (cellphone plans) market, however, there is a great potential for bundled services.

the cons i think are mostly in the external environment, the country the company is operating in has a high level of corruption, and most of the companies initiatives can be turned down or hindered depending on what gains the country officials see for themselves in them.
