Limited structured onboarding and follow-up; significant reliance on self-driven learning and informal guidance from colleagues. Lack of clear processes and documentation means you often need to “reinvent the wheel” or actively search for templates and methods. Management is perceived as technically strong but less focused on strategy, structure, and long-term direction. Salary progression is relatively flat after a few years unless moving into management, with historical pay differences between legacy and newer employees.

Processes are slow, and management is absent. Not recommended for fresh grads or juniors as little chances for fast learning and growth.
