      It is a company that is willing to teach, has several areas and attend the profile of different employees.

      Cons

      There is no meritocracy despite encouraging this type of management system; Those who have relatives in the company have more opportunity to grow; The work environment is hostile; They do not encourage studies. The segment's worst benefits, comparing with competing banks.

      Chaotic organization, poor leadership, bad project selling and management. No career plan at all.
