      If you don't want to push yourself to a higher level and is not willing to give your maximun effort on a company, that's your place.

      Cons

      Chaotic organization, poor leadership, bad project selling and management. No career plan at all.

      good salary, good benefits and has a certain stability

      Cons

      beards are not allowed, except for mustaches (bizarre rule), traditional company where innovation is almost fiction, the best talents leave the company and managers always think they know something

      A long run carrer, a LOT of training available to all employees, stability at the job, friendly ambience with room for growning.

      Cons

      REALY long run carrer, little chances to achieve the top positions and the diversity is low considered at all departments.
