This has been the worst firm I have ever worked at. Between the ineptitude of everyone that has been working here and the nepotism that gets glorified, client needs are completely managed incorrectly. Never have a worked in a place that everything is urgent, yet CANT be done urgently. Managers and team leaders pride themselves in the fact that they have a certain title and use this power to yell and demean employees. If you’re not a Portuguese speaking person beware. This place will judge you and gaslight you even if you’re trying your best to get around their inefficient, time consuming and ineffective work management and procedures. By the way if you’re LGBTQ or a Woman Avoid at all cost. No one will ever respect you here and you will have to hear inappropriate comments all the time. Good old boys club
