      Nice co-workers, nice to know your son and or daughter can work there. Yeah no conflict of interests there . Can watch Netflix while working . Great job .

      If you are not one of theirs . Then you are nobody . Lack of real decision making . They play the game blame

      Unorganized, inefficient and inaccurate environment. Especially production FVP and her team, 20 years with the bank but stone age structure and data architecture Overall, not the brightest environment

      Flat organization with easy access to C level suite who are always willing to engage. Meritocracy.

      Cons

      The organization is not overly bureaucratic which may present some challenges with some employees who are transitioning from larger organizations. However, this ultimately becomes a Pro to those who adapt well.
