Pros

It's a great place to work. This is one of the greatest banks in Brazil in terms of financial assets. Furthermore, here you can have an excellent work/life balance.

Cons

It's not so easy to pursue higher positions internally. Some managers are too old for the job and don't have an excellent academic background that would've been necessary if they were to apply for any position in the current environment.
