      In fact, nothing. Trust me!

      Low salary Bank doesn't pay as agreement (cash bonus) Bank doesn't invest in their employees No culture and values Terrible conditions of work (no air conditional many times, if you need a pen for example you have to buy with your own money, no kitchen in the office, etc) Bank are cutting costs every year, so, computers, systems, chairs, bathroom and whatever are essential to work, are in terrible conditions.
