Pros

Payments of salaries and other benefits are respected religiously. Good growth opportunities, many different areas, multiple management divisions. In times of big profits PLR (Profit Sharing) is excellent.

Cons

Exaggerated governance policies goes against dynamism and inovation. Employees usually end working in old systems and very little is done to change. Very strong hierarchical culture, it is common to see managers decisions override technical reports from anlysts and researchs. Public company culture, difficult to think and implement a solutions from start to finish, you only do your little part of the wheel.

Pros

Awesome benefits (Employer paid) and stable hours. Year-end bonus!

Cons

No room to grow at all. No opportunities arise either. Not your average yearly raise type of company.
