Business Outlook
Pros
Job stability, excellent benefits, good work/life balance compared to competing banks. Working at a foreign branch (e.g. London, New York City, Tokyo) can be quite interesting if you're prepared to wear a lot of different hats because resources and headcount are limited.
Cons
Despite good benefits the salary/bonus is barely competitive, and opportunities for advancement are limited in their non-Brazilian branches. Internal bureaucracy is often impenetrable.
