      Base salary is okay, lots of benefits, less aggressive than other banks in Brasil so it's good if you're not too ambitious

      Cons

      You're not remunerated for your sales, so if you reach your target you've done your job, if don't you may loose your position though. Very large company too much politics involved

      Health insure is great from them and also the co works they are nice

      Cons

      You don't have no rise . If you be relocate to other departments maybe you can have.treatment by the team líder is not fair and very rude.you be hired for some job and you have more what they tell you. Training is zero . They just put to work and try the best with other co worker for you can do your job.
