Pros

- Some friendly folks there and they try to keep the atmosphere fun. - Learn a lot a lot about Brazilian culture and business ethics/systems. - Salary is on par with the industry average.

Cons

- I find myself plateauing and not learning anything, yet promotions are very very hard to come by for Americans or non-Brazilians. Not a single American manager in the bank. - Management is pretty dysfunctional. Some good folks there, but then there are some who have no clue about managing American employees with American business values. - Some managers are educated, but some have no clue and must rely on third world/street tactics (that would be unacceptable elsewhere yet OK here) to get the job done.
