OKAY, ive been here for a year. the other girls i work with are amazing, The floorsets are fun, just dont take everything so seriously the products are good, but you get sick of all of them sooner or later. employee discount is nice, but you learn to stock up during semi annual sales and mos sales.

Cons

horrible hours horrible management stupid on calls, GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEADS PEOPLE, they will never need you to come in for 3 hours shifts, let them call you if they need you. I never do call in and they dont really care. Your hours will be awesome come black friday but they will become once in a blue moon shortly after. Lots of lifting, dusting, ladder climbing, and fetching products from the back stupid sales techniques

Company focuses on growth from within means it is easy to grow your career. Excellent benefits including health, dental, vision, 401k and discounts to BBW and Victoria's Secret. Fun environment with a focus on the positive. Fair pay for all positions. Company lives a culture of honesty that makes you feel good to work there. Happy customers.

Cons

Extremely busy during holidays means you can't take vacation between November and January and if you are dedicated, you probably won't between October and February.

Easy for a people-oriented, enthusiastic person. Great products. Discount program helped me stock up on my favorites without breaking the bank.

Cons

I intentionally chose to work at a store farther from home that was supposed to give me 15-20 hours/week. I ended up working 26 hours TOTAL from mid-October until mid-December. I was an above-average employee, too!
