Fast Paced, Ever Changing, Exciting Product, Customers Enjoy Shopping w/ this Company (It is their “fun” / “me” time) so makes sales more enjoyable, Company making positive strides to offer competitive pay, 401K, Benefits

Cons

Work-Life Balance (Non-existent), Payroll Fluctuations, ZERO payroll for training (And when SM goes over payroll in attempt to on-board properly, will get reprimanded), “Sink or Swim” attitude in regards to training, High turnover during holiday, Little Support during mass hiring season, SM Required to balance “Selling & Operations” with little payroll to do so, Typical Retail Management demands. You know going into this role that it WILL be demanding, so these are just situations that you must learn to adapt to.

Like the candles and aromatherapy products. When you made your month there was a , nice bonus, good benefits, decent discount, not much else. High stress position.

Cons

No work life balance, hectic, expectations are unreasonable with payroll given. Honestly I hated it by my 6th month. High stress lots of metrics to watch, wins were rarely acknowledged.
