      Pros

      Great company to get to know how a good business runs. Always in touch with the best providers, international level, for branding, making catalogs, photography, etc., so you can grow if you are connected with that part for your seniority. You can grow more horizontally than vertically (you have to push for moves, it's up to you, otherwise you can get bored doing the same thing over and over) They pay well

      Cons

      They usually throw you into the pool. If you are lucky and have a good boss, you will get prepared. Little room to grow up, few opportunities. They don't share utilidades with their people
