Pros

Great benefits when working at the Panama branch, healthcare is entirely paid by the employer, your salary doesn't have any deductions and you receive an extra month of pay as per Panamanian law. There are lots of feel good and integration activities, as well as a felxible schedule that is heaven sent when you consider commuting in a big capitl city, you can come in between 7 and 9.30 and depending on your arrival then you can leave the office so long as you log in at leasst 40 hrs a week, but really its not that strict as long as you get all your work done. This is an incredible benefit and it works out.I did not mind in the least staying until 8pm one day to meet a deadline if the next dayI could walk in at 9.30 or leave early the following friday. (Fridays you can leave at 2pm granted that everything is done)

Cons

Management at the Panama office needs work, from no one taking the Director seriously to the regional managers playing favorites and being incredibly obvious about it, sometimes the whole "protective attitude" of their own team becomes frustrating for those that have to interact with the lackluster employees, There is also a terrible practice but perhaps its based on labor laws that if somebody quits there is no severance pay but if you get fired then you get an incredible severance package and a lot of money, so people that want to leave rather than quit and leave in good graces will perform at their utter worst just hoping to get fired, again this causes strain in the top performers or those with ethics (either way trust me it is the minority) and since this office deals with strategical plans for the future then at least 8/9 months of sales will be ruined for the next person to take the position,
