Pros
- No fixed time to get in and out (but must work a average of 8,5 hour per business day each year). - Pay used to be OK for the city e role.
Cons
- Company forces use in-house technology instead of market equivalents, even when the market tech is a better fit. - CEO is cheapening on company provided amenities (like bread and chocolate milk)
