BC wants to win, and aren't afraid to do what it takes, including looking inwards at own potential flaws. Internal structure has improved in recent years, and processes are still being worked. Founders are actively engaged and visible daily, inspiring respect from staff with hard work and dedication. Company has an amazing startup spirit and hard-working teams.

Cons

Too cheap at times for its own good - pays below market rate, and often saves money in the wrong spots. Tech department has major issues.
