      Nice to work for a time

      Pros

      Salaries are relatively good and colleagues are usually nice. Pays with correctness and offers a good structure to any professional to get the job done.

      Cons

      Middle management is really bad in general if compared to the production professionals. Lacks adherence to companywise decisions and sometimes gets sloppy in the way individual projects are developed. Poses as innovative, but has a top management traditionalist and not willing to take risks for chasing cutting edge alternatives.

      Company unhinged growth, resulted in layoffs

      Pros

      Worked for BC for a few years. Was apart of great teams and had a great company culture.

      Cons

      Sadly, company had four rounds of layoffs in 3 years. Never able to rectify the hyper purchase of small companies and protect employees during the downtime. One quarter we are popping champagne for our financial success and the next we are laying of 300 people and closing offices.

      Great opportunity for growth in sports media

      Pros

      Great work/life hybrid. Managers are relaxed and trust you do your job. Lots of opportunity to contribute to different kinds of the business. Exciting place to work for anyone interested in the sports media/betting world.

      Cons

      Lots of isolation; you work in your own silo only. Senior leadership is misguided. More and more layoffs come by the year.
