      -Flexible Schedule -Good Pay & Good Benefits -Friendly Employees

      Cons

      -Very Poor leadership that was not transparent and honest. -Poor vision on market developments which led to mass layoffs repeatedly. They had 4-5 rounds of layoffs within a 2 year period. -Poor optics: Held several expensive dinners and Christmas parties only to then claim the company was behind on finances

      Above average salary ranges and benefits for engineers, Tech culture and work-life balance.

      Cons

      - There was, as of early 2025, a clear discord between USA and European divisions, their visions and approach. When it came to reducing headcount in 2024, mostly the European divisions were affected. - The company as a whole doesn't know how to leverage the emergent AI/ML technologies, blindly trying everything at once.
