Flexible schedule Global team Project involvement Work-life balance AMAZING team Great culture Different spaces to connect with others in topics besides work: pets, health, nature, pretty places and more.

Cons

It's still growing and developing new projects so things aren't 100% there but the company is working hard to keep up and provide the best experience.
