      Gives you a lot of experience in the iGaming industry and is a good look for yout CV later

      Cons

      You will be severly underpaid and exploited for your work. The company has no structure at all and top management has no idea what their doing. Promotions are not based on how good of a worker you are and the value you bring, but on how mich you can suck up to management. Also they do tend to hire externaly for managemnt and top positins ad not promote someone inside their company who has relevant experience.
