Pros
A collaborative and respectful environment where there's no airs and graces, decent perks and room for progression. This is more of a big deal than it sounds, given it's an industry with a fair share of 'Alpha males'. Also, other places I've worked at have made a big song and dance about being yourself but here you actually can be.

Nothing noteworthy that I've encountered in about 18 months there
