A large company with diverse employees, stretching globally. You feel included and are part of a team that cares about you. You are developing professionally and your progress is constantly evaluated, so you grow in your field. A Scandinavian style leadership, where everyone is equal and your opinions are heard. The benefits are great.

Cons

The salary might not be the highest in the field you work in, but the benefits counter for it and the working environment is great where you feel appreciated.
