Young and fast paced company in a fun industry. Nice office location and generally a good atmosphere. Depending on your direct manager, everyone is usually quite open to your ideas.

Cons

Management has been building the company on hiring inexperienced individuals and giving them a low salary to perform tedious tasks. This means that you will work with people who sometimes are unqualified for their job. Salary is below average. There is often a HiPPO mentality which can be draining.
